“The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” John 3:8 (NKJV)

Beloved,

Let’s start today message with a question “Are you born of the Spirit”? I hope your answer to this will be a resounding “YES”. If so, congratulations because just like no one can control the movement of the wind, nobody can control you if you are born of the spirit.

People have seen what you are going through now and they have so quickly concluded on you that they are defining you by your current condition, by the challenges you are facing or the afflictions you are experiencing. What they don’t know is that you serve a God that is not static but always moving. So long as you have an unwavering confidence in this always moving God, your current situation will be but transient.

• Moses went to bed a murderer and woke up a deliverer of God's people, one so close to God that the Almighty was proud of him (Numbers 12:6-7)

• Esther went to bed an orphan and woke up a Queen in a foreign land. She later went to bed as an impotent member of a threatened community but woke up powerful enough to defend herself and her people.

• Joseph went to bed a prisoner and woke up a prime minister in a country he was not a native of.

• Nehemiah went to bed the Persian king's cupbearer and woke up Jerusalem's walls builder.

• Peter was stranded as a fisherman but woke up as a fisher of men.

Now, please put your right hand on your chest and boldly make this confession: "My condition is transient to my place of possession. I am unpredictable. Those who hate me now because of my current situation will regret in a few months because there is a dimension of me that they don't know yet." Take two minutes and turn that declaration into a prayer.

In the name of Jesus, by reason for you being the son or daughter of this unpredictable God, you are also unpredictable and you are moving from joblessness to owning a business and employing countless number of people. God is taking you from sickness and diseases to sustainable health, He is moving you from your downcast situation to elevation and emancipation; he is transiting you from shame to fame and extracting you from battles and giving you a mantle.
