In 1976, while I was teaching a school lesson, there was a particular girl who used to sit in front. Normally when a teacher is writing, everyone is busy writing as well, but I noticed that this girl never wrote anything – she would just be staring at the chalk board. Even when asked to write something, she would promise to write it later. One day, the Lord said I was looking at almost a principality.
The job of a teacher is not a very easy one. Part of their occupational hazards is that they are teaching all kinds of strange people with strange eyes and ears. So, I told this girl to see me after the class. When she met me after class, I told her straightaway, “You are possessed”
She confirmed this and further said that she had been to the world thirteen times. She said that when she came the twelfth time, it was through one woman by the side of their house. She went further to tell me strange stories about familiar spirits. She said that there in their evil kingdom, they have a grandmother who asks anyone who wanted to come to the world that, “Do you want to go and trade?”
If anyone chooses trading, she would instantly start the trade. I asked her what the ‘trading’ was all about. She laughed and said, “We are traders”
Then I asked her that if she was a trader what then brought her to school? Again, she laughed heartily again and said, “we trade in the souls of men.”
It was at that point that the Scripture in Revelation made sense to me.
Rev. 18:11-13
“And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.”
There are many gathered in the house of God day by day who do not really know what life has for them. Many have already been confused and diverted. You need to use the power of words today, as in the days before, to reposition yourself with prayer if the enemy has dislodged you from your rightful position.
The fact that you have money and you are doing very well does not mean that you are in position. The fact that you are single or married does not mean that you are in your divine position.
